Shipping Locations

We currently ship to Canada and the U.S. mainland.

Please note:

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, or U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) at this time due to high shipping costs.

We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.

In rare cases, if your location cannot be reached by our shipping partners, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.


Shipping Cost

Flat Shipping Fee: starts from ย $10.99 (CAD or USD, based on your location)

Free Shipping: on orders over $99

We work with reliable courier partners to ensure timely and safe delivery of your crystals.

The exact shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address. You may also contact our customer service team for more information before placing your order.

Disclaimer: Celestal is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, courier issues, or any other circumstances beyond our control.


Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees

All orders are shipped from Canada. Applicable sales taxes (HST/GST/PST) will be automatically applied to Canadian orders based on your province of residence.

For U.S. and international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees (if any) are the responsibility of the buyer.

Celestal does not control or predict these charges and is not responsible for any additional costs incurred once the package reaches your destination country.

Refusal to pay duties or taxes may result in the package being returned or destroyed by customs authorities. In such cases, Celestal will not issue a refund for the order or shipping costs.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors. Please allow both processing time and shipping time for your order to arrive.


Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 48 hours (Mondayโ€“Friday).

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

Ontario: 2โ€“3 business days after dispatch

Rest of Canada: 5โ€“7 business days after dispatch


United States

Eastern U.S.: 3โ€“5 business days after dispatch

Western U.S.: 6โ€“10 business days after dispatch

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

You will also receive order status updates, including confirmation, shipment, and delivery notifications.

Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.


Wrong Shipping Information

If you entered an incorrect shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of placing your order.

Please note:

Customers are responsible for entering their shipping address correctly.

Once the order has been processed and shipped, we cannot redirect or modify the delivery address. Celestal is not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us because of incorrect address information, reshipping fees will apply.


Lost or Damaged Packages

While we take every precaution to ensure your package arrives safely, Celestal is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels once they have been handed over to the courier.

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact the courier directly first. You may also reach out to us, and weโ€™ll do our best to assist in resolving the issue.
