We want you to love every piece you receive from Celestal—each one is thoughtfully crafted with care using natural gemstones. Because our crystals come straight from nature, you may notice unique features like tiny ice cracks, cotton-like textures, or fine inner lines. These aren’t imperfections—they're natural marks of authenticity that make your piece truly one-of-a-kind. 

We totally understand that choosing the perfect piece online isn’t always easy—so don’t worry, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy to give you peace of mind.

Check your piece upon arrival

Each bracelet arrives with a product label attached. We kindly ask you to take a good look at your item as soon as it arrives. If everything meets your expectations, go ahead and remove the label and enjoy it!

However, if you're not completely satisfied, please do not remove the label and reach out to us to request a return or exchange.

Please note: once the label is removed, the item is considered accepted and can no longer be returned or exchanged.

Returns & Exchanges – No stress, 30 days!

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your item if needed. We're here to make it easy!

To be eligible for a return or exchange, just make sure:

  • Your item is unused, with the original label still attached
  • All original packaging is included (jewelry box, pouch, etc.)
  • You have a proof of purchase (order number)

What can't be returned or exchanged?

We hope you understand that we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The label has been removed
  • The item was purchased during a final sale or promotion

Who covers return shipping?

  • If we made a mistake (sent the wrong item, or it arrived damaged), we'll cover the return shipping—no worries!
  • If you're returning due to a change of heart or personal preference, you'll be responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees and extra services like gift wrapping are non-refundable.

Getting your refund

Once your return arrives and we’ve had a quick look, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If so, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Easy and smooth.
